A typical ProCom engineering project was the recent design and engineering for the communications systems installed at the King Fahd International Airport in Saudi Arabia. ProCom provided the system engineering, equipment selection, purchase orders, factory testing, and installation supervision for this airport communications project. The project included a 10-channel UHF repeater network, voting receiver sites, 18 operator consoles, radio paging, three radiating coaxial cable systems for in-building communications, a VIP radio-telephone system, and many other special features. ProCom designed and manufactured a unique multi-channel ANI system with color displays for the project. Overall project management and equipment installation for the project was provided by the prime contractor.
