Design and Supply of Systems for Desert Storm Communications. ProCom supplied various types of equipment and systems for the U.S. military and coalition forces during Desert Storm operations in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait including portable INMARSAT satellite terminals, portable radio repeaters, television transmitters and distribution systems, and siren warning systems for gas attack alert.

Design and Construction of a Major Trunked Radio System in China. ProCom designed and supervised the construction of a trunked radio and paging system for the Dan Dong PTT in the Liaoning Province of China. The system which provides commercial service for the public consists of a 40-channel full duplex trunked radio system, and a VHF simulcast digital radio paging system for 15,000 subscribers. Both systems are controlled from a single digital switch located at the PTT Headquarters. The state-of-the-art system uses three communications sites, and provides multiple grades of service, intermixed signaling protocols, voice-mail, bilingual voice prompts, least-cost call routing, and no-answer transfer services to telephone or paging numbers.

Design and Construction of Communications Systems for the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Headquarters in Riyadh. This international project included the design, supply of equipment, and supervision of construction for several communications sub-systems within the new Ministry of Foreign Affairs Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including a two-way radio system, radio paging, a radiating coaxial cable network, cable TV, video program origination, secure area communications, and uninterruptible power systems.
